♻️ Ventilation
Fresh air over everything. Ventilation will provide you with fresh air during the day with minimal heat losses. It can also be used for heating or cooling and overall distribution of air in the building. Our control uses information from different sensors in the building. Such information is used for cooperation with heating, cooling and control of air quality, CO2 levels or humidity.
🌡️ Temperature control
Each room has its sensors and a desired temperature is set for each of them so that you don't heat during the night but you get up into a heated space. On the other hand the cooler outside air in the summer is used to cool the building. Different combinations of heat sources are used for heating. Each one is controlled in the way to acquire the needed heat but only in the moments when it is needed.
💡 Lights
You will not forget your lights on after leaving your home. Or they can be automatically switched based on the ambient conditions differently during day and night. Or you can define light scenes for your movie days and nights for example. At night only position lights can be switched automatically as you go through the rooms. Lighting in the office spaces can be controlled based on the amount of people and can be switched only in places where there are people present. And the system will automatically turn them off when nobody is there anymore. RGB lighting can be used to achieve different atmosphere in the places, for example in the pool or in the relaxation zones. Different colours influence us in different ways. Or RGB can be used to soften the light and reduce the amount of blue component in the light before you go to bed so that you can have a better sleep (have you heard about f.lux?). And in the morning lights can be used as an alarm.
🔒 Safety
You shall not pass.“ (Gandalf, The Lord of the Rings, 2001). Certainty and overview over hapennings in the building even when you are not there. Safety is not just keeping intruders away but also making sure that every technology is working as it should. Or turning them off in specific situations such as fire or flooding. The system would inform you about such situations right away as well. So that one can sleep in peace and leave the building alone.
☀️ Energy
Energy consumption monitoring, its historical evolution and division between areas to understand how much each part of the building consumes are some of the important information. Such information can be used for optimization of energy consumption by more efficient control of energetically demanding technologies such as heating.
📈 Data collection and analysis
Behaviour of all the technologies at home (heating, security systems, energy consumption, active times of different devices...) can be monitored. Analysis helps to understand where the energy is wasted or as a diagnosis whether everything is working well. You can have a complete overview of everything that can be measured. And you can gain a new insight into immaterial parts of our lives as well as a new connection with them.
